Global Distributor Agreement
Sisay Coffee Inc. — Global Distributor Terms and Conditions
Sisay Coffee Inc. is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By signing up as a distributor, you agree to the following terms.
You are a brand ambassador. Represent Sisay Coffee with pride. Wear the T‑shirt, take photos, and share your journey with us.
Sell the coffee at the recommended retail price. Do not alter the packaging or branding. Trust is built on consistency.
Do not modify, rebrand, or repackage Sisay Coffee products. The packaging, logo, and name must remain as supplied.
Share your wins with us. Send photos and videos of your customers enjoying Sisay Coffee. We will share them on our social media to celebrate your success.
Do not register the Sisay Coffee name, logo, or trademark in your country. This brand belongs to the global community we are building together.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Sisay Coffee Inc. reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the distributor: · Violates any of these terms · Damages the brand reputation · Engages in unethical or illegal practices · Sells products outside the agreed territory Upon termination, the distributor must: · Stop using the Sisay Coffee name and logo · Return or destroy any branded materials · Cease all sales of Sisay Coffee products
All Sisay Coffee products are produced and packed in Hong Kong for global distribution through authorized distributors. The brand, recipe, and packaging remain the sole property of Sisay Coffee Inc. Note to distributors: Shipping to international destinations may be routed through our Guangzhou logistics partner for faster and more cost-effective delivery.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
