The 8,000 km Journey: From West Africa to Your Cup
Sisay Coffee
Selim spice has warmed West African kitchens for centuries. Here's how it traveled 8,000 km to become the world's first spicy coffee.
The Spice of Paradise
Selim spice — a spice of paradise — has warmed West African kitchens for centuries. Slow-roasted, hand-selected, it carries warmth without heat, sweetness without sugar.
The Boracay Chapter
We first blended it into coffee on the shores of Boracay — home to the world's number one white sand beach, where millions of visitors from around the world come each year. Watching sunsets paint the sea, we paired it with premium Arabica and a hint of cinnamon. It became the world's first spicy coffee.
The Return to Hong Kong
After 16 months of perfecting our concept on those shores — proving it to locals and travelers alike — we returned to Hong Kong to scale that same journey worldwide.
In a city that never stops moving, we bring you two ways to experience it: brewed slow, or stirred and go.
Same spice. Same story. New home.
Launching August 30.
